By using www.ansak.com (Ansak) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you don’t agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at this website. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these terms from time to time.

You acknowledge and agree that Ansak may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services (or any features within the services) to you or to users generally at Ansak’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that if Ansak disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account. Ansak shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your use and access to our services.

Access Eligibility

In order to access certain services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the service, or as part of your continued use of the services. You agree that any registration information you give to Ansak will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our service unless their use of our service is under the control and supervision of parent or legal guardian. If you are not eligible please do not use our website. Our services may be used only by, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you should have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement.

Ansak is a platform for users to connect with one another. Ansak does not participate in, nor is it a party to, any classifieds or transactions. You understand that Ansak does not control users who may sell, buy, or trade using Ansak and is not responsible for content made available through the site, and that by using the site you may be exposed to content that is offensive, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise objectionable. The website may contain links to other websites, which are completely not related to Ansak. Ansak does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your visit to any other websites is completely at your own risk.

You understand and agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any of the information or contents on Ansak. You acknowledge that Ansak does not, verify or approve any information or any content, opinion recommendation, comment, or advice, and clearly Ansak disclaims any liability in connection with the user information or content.

Ansak shall not be liable to communicate with any organizations or individuals found on Ansak or through the service. This includes terms, conditions, warranties, responsibilities, or any payment and delivery of goods and services. Ansak is under no obligation to become involved in disputes between participants on the site, or between participants on the site and any third party and these disputes are exclusively between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that in the occurrence of any dispute, you release Ansak, its employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, damages and demands of every kind, known or unknown, released or unreleased, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and our service.

You agree that you will not use Ansak for junk mail, spamming, commercial or noncommercial or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. You further agree not to use Ansak to send any messages or material that are unlawful, harassing, vilifying, abusive, threatening, destructive, offensive, obscene or otherwise constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.

Sellers and buyers

Sellers and buyers are completely responsible for working out the sale and exchange of goods or services.
Sellers and buyers are responsible in resolving any disputes that may arise from classifieds transactions.
Upon the completion of a sale, sellers and buyers are responsible for their own payment, shipping costs, applicable taxes and any other costs incurred by participating in Ansak.
Buyers are free to browse through the classifieds on our site. Ansak does not associate itself with the negotiation process between buyers and sellers.

Payments

Payments for purchases will be made by the Buyer directly to the Seller. Ansak is not involved in the payment transaction between Buyer and Seller. Ansak is not responsible for setting payment terms, collecting or ensuring payments. The parties need to reach an agreement on the pricing and the payment terms prior to the finalization of the transaction.

Fees and Services

Using Ansak is completely free. But we may charge fees for premium services. Our fees are quoted in US Dollars, and we may change the fees for our services at any time and in our sole discretion. Our changes are effective after we post the changes on our site. Our fees are non-refundable because purchased services for the use of Ansak are rendered and you have the use and receive the benefits of said services instantly, all payments are final and refunds cannot be granted. User Conduct

You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content that:

Violates any law.
Obscene, adult in nature or harmful to minors.
Is illegal to own, buy or sell.
Collects information about others, including email addresses, without their permission.
Contains personal information about another person without that person's permission.
Is in an inappropriate category or area.
Emailed to Ansak users who have requested not to be contacted about other services, products or commercial interests.
Includes links to commercial services or web sites, except those allowed by Ansak.
Advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items which is prohibited or prohibited by applicable law.
Contains software viruses or any files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer soft ware or hardware.
Discriminate, harasses, degrades or intimidates an individual or a group on the basis based on race color, religion, national origin, disability, familial status.
Is copyrighted or trademark protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material.

Illegal Drugs & Drug equipment.
Accompany services that offer or indicate sexual services.
Individual Contracts or Non-Transferable Items.
Illegal Services.
Recalled Items.
Items that encourage hatred, hostility and racism.
Police-Related Items.
Dangerous toxic and explosive materials.
Stocks, Bonds & Securities.
Weapons, ammunition and related items.
Fireworks, Destructive Devices and Explosives.
Tobacco products.
Prescription Drugs and Devices.
Items which encourage or facilitate illegal activity.
Lottery Tickets.
Material that is adult in nature, or harmful to minors.
Used or rebuilt batteries or batteries containing mercury.
Offensive Material.
Images that contain nudity.
Ads that offer sex, sexual favors or sexual actions in exchange for money.
Used Cosmetics.

Indemnity

You agree, at your expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees to cover, defend and hold Ansak harmless from and against any loss, cost, dept, damages, obligation, and or expense arising out of or relating to (A) your use of and access to the Ansak website, (B) Any breach of any term in policy and terms of use by you (C) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

The collection of all content on this web site is the exclusive property of Ansak and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not copy, publish, distribute, or commercially use the content of this web site, or use this web site for any other purpose.

Account and Password

You are solely responsible for all uses of your account under your password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password. You cannot use your password or anyone else's password for any unauthorized purpose. You indemnify Ansak and its staff from all claims and liabilities made by a third party resulting from all activities incurred within your account.

Please report any violations of the Terms, by emailing to legal@ansak.com. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

General

These terms and the other policies posted on Ansak constitute the entire agreement between Ansak and you. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. You and Ansak agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Wayne County, Michigan.
